US Tile, a Boral Roofing Company, has the most complete line of profiles and styles of any clay roofing product company in the nation. Our portfolio includes traditional mission style barrel tiles in several profiles as well as flat tiles that deliver the aesthetics of natural slate and wood shake.

The beauty of clay tile has been sought after for thousands of years. Clay’s inherently vibrant colors combined with the variations from the kiln firing process the most comprehensive, natural color palette of any type of roofing product on the market today.

Design Flexibility:
The wide variety of product styles and profiles that US Tile offers is unmatched in the industry. The unique design of traditional mission tile allows for a wide variety of installation options including staggering, boosting, serpentine patterns and much more.

Lightweight Options:
US Tile is the only clay tile manufacturer to offer true lightweight mission tile profiles, ClayLite and ClayMax. Our ProSlate and ProShake products are also lightweight. These products, designed for the re-roof market, weight less than 600 pounds per square and typically do not require structural re-enforcement.
 
Cradle to Cradle: US Tile is the first roof tile manufacturer in the world to receive the prestigious Cradle to Cradle certification for all of our domestically manufactured products. This insures our customers that the US Tile clay products they are using are truly sustainable and will not cause any harm to the environment for the life of the product.

Energy Star:
Over 80% of US Tile’s standard portfolio of colors achieve s a reflectivity rating of 25 or better, qualifying them as Energy Star compliant products.

CRRC Cool Roof:
The inherent reflectivity of clay used in manufacturing US Tile delivers CRRC rated cool roof colors that are deeper and more vibrant than any other product on the market today. Over 75% of our domestically manufactured mission tile products have an SRI rating of 29 or better for compliance with LEED standards.

Recycled Content: US Tile prides itself on its environmental stewardship. US Tile uses a wide variety of clay, much of which is reclaimed waste product from other manufacturing and mining operations. The use of these recycled material gives US Tiles product portfolio recycled contents of up to 59%.

100% Recyclable:
All of our clay roofing products are 100% recyclable. Our Cradle to Cradle certification insures that there is nothing harmful in our products and eliminates any concern for recycling or re-use.
 
Life-Cycle:
Clay tile has proven its long-term durability and life-cycle over thousands of years of use. Clay tiles can still be seen on the Coliseum in Rome over 2,000 years after they were installed. US Tiles modern manufacturing techniques enhance this durability and give customers a roofing product they can trust will last a lifetime.

Warranty:
US Tile covers all domestically produced products with an industry leading, Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty that includes 20 years of No-fade coverage and 10 years of labor coverage.

No-Fade:
US Tile is the only tile manufacturer to offer No-Fade coverage in the warranty for 20 years. Because our tiles are made with all-natural ingredients, they will not fade over time.

Efflorescence:
A common aesthetic issue with many products, especially ones that are concrete based, is efflorescence. This is a white, chalky deposit on the face of a roofing product that comes from salts and minerals in cement that leach out onto the surface of the product. US Tiles strict adherence to only the finest clay materials eliminates the issue of efflorescence.

Fire:
All US Tile products are rated Class "A” ad will not burn. No special installation techniques or additional materials are needed to attain our Class "A" rating.
